For those living in japan, china, hong kong, macau, the postage will be as shown on the page but for others living further away eg Australia, USA, Canada etc, the postage will be more. When you preorder on the site, it will calculate the postage fee according to the weight (so depending on the number of copies you order) and area you live in.

The contents of the dvd are still being decided so there is no definite outline as to exactly what is going in there BUT as outlined before, the preorder version should have an extra photobook and more videos. So preorder now!!!

As you can also see on the innolife page, region code is undecided (but i personally think it will most likely be same region code as that in korea) and it is undecided whether it will have english subtitles. There is no promise but I have been told by members of the team contacting the dvd producers that it is highly likely there will be english subs.
